Primordial Qigong

This set of exercises is the perfect foundations class for both Tai Chi and Qigong forms.  You will learn 10 movements that can be combined as an entire set or pick and choose at home and make your own routines.  The focus on breath, posture and relaxation, as well as structure and function of these movements, will greatly enhance your understanding and feeling sense of Chi; how to develop it through practice and use it in life.  Sign up for 7 week sessions, dates are below.

Tai Chi for Health

Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese exercise that has been a daily prescription for health and longevity for hundreds of years. Tai Chi focuses on balance, posture, relaxation, breathing, visual and mental concentration.  The very graceful and fluid movements promote mind and body harmony.  This class is open to new as well as experienced students.  Wear loose fitting clothes. Session dates are below.

Tuesday Advanced Tai Chi and Qigong.  6:30-8:00 PM. Bob’s home studio.   This class is for people who have learned the first set of the Yang Style Tai Chi form and have established a home based practice and a commitment that allows for continued learning and deepening of both the internal aspects of Tai Chi and Qigong and more complex movement routines.  Ongoing- Monthly fee. Contact Bob to apply.
