Practices include, Section 2 and Three of the Yang Style Long Form, Deeper Qigong practices, including joint relaxing and opening, coiling energies and partner drills, Meditation, and more.

In person at the ASAC Join experienced Tai Chi and Qigong practitioner, Bob Shapiro. Participants learn a simplified series of movements based on Qigong and Tai Chi Principles. It is an excellent introduction for those interested in Qi Cultivation. It is also excellent for practitioners to deepen their felt sense of Qi. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
