Tuesdays 10:00 -11:15 AM-Tai Chi/Qigong Foundations for Every Body
 In person at the ASAC Join experienced Tai Chi and Qigong practitioner, Bob Shapiro, for a seven-session series starting at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, January 7 February 18.  Participants learn a simplified series of movements based on Qigong and Tai Chi Principles. It is an excellent introduction for those interested in Qi Cultivation. It is also excellent for practitioners to deepen their felt sense of Qi. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
